- Living & Culinary Areas: A large, sunlit kitchen featuring a spacious island, coffee maker, 6-burner stove with grill, oven, fridge, and freezer.
- Indoor spaces flow into a formal dining area, a main living room, a TV room with sweeping ocean views, and a high-end Sonos music system.
- The Suites: 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
- The Master Suite boasts a plush King bed, living area, TV, private terrace, ocean view, and an en-suite bathroom with a hot tub.
- Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each offer 1 Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 5 is located in a private casita equipped with 1 Full bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Guests enjoy complete, private access to a beachfront outdoor sanctuary. Step outside onto the expansive oceanfront terrace featuring a heated pool and hot tub, sophisticated outdoor lounge furniture, and a BBQ grill station. Follow the path down to your very own exclusive palapa right on the white sand beach. The property also provides private parking with space for up to 4 vehicles.

Additional Information:

- House Rules & Check-In: Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- The villa enforces a strict no-smoking policy (indoors and outdoors); violations incur a mandatory $500 USD penalty. Pets are not permitted without prior written approval from the owner.
- Private events are permitted up to 10:00 PM with prior authorization and an applicable fee.
- Pets may be allowed with restrictions, but explicit approval must be obtained prior to completing the reservation.
- Rates & Taxes: All reservations carry a non-refundable policy across all seasons.
- Rates are subject to 16% VAT, 4% Lodging/Leisure tax, a $120 USD damage waiver fee, and a $15 USD per night Environmental Sanitation fee dedicated to local community improvement.
