Booking, Policies, & Taxes:
- To protect the peaceful ambiance of this exclusive community, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older to act as the primary signing renter, with a maximum occupancy strictly limited to 12 guests.
- Casa Lolita enforces a strict no-smoking policy across the entire property, both indoors and outdoors, subject to a mandatory $500 USD penalty for violations.
- To protect the luxury finishes of the estate, pets are not permitted on the premises.
- Please note that all luxury rental rates are subject to an additional $15 USD fee and a 20% tax.

Please Note: Elements of the villa may change from time to time. This can include, but is not limited to, furniture, finishes, appliances, new homes or structures, and/or foliage that may affect the views. Los Cabos is a rapidly growing destination, and development throughout the region is ongoing. While we are always transparent and disclose any known nearby construction at the time of booking whenever possible, new construction or renovation projects may begin after a reservation is confirmed and are outside of our control. As such, construction-related noise or activity in the surrounding area does not qualify for compensation, cancellation, relocation, or refunds.
