- Bedding Layout: Four luxurious bedrooms outfitted with 1 plush King bed each, and a fifth guest suite featuring 1 Queen bed. All five bedrooms are paired with en-suite bathrooms for total comfort and privacy.

The estate is also ideally positioned a scenic 15-to-20-minute drive from pristine East Cape beaches and some of the best surf breaks in southern Baja.

Additional Information:

- Booking, Policies, & Taxes: To preserve the peaceful environment of Puerto Los Cabos, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older to act as the primary signing renter, with maximum occupancy strictly limited to 10 guests.
- Parties and events are not allowed on the property.
- Villa Estero enforces a strict no-smoking policy across all indoor and outdoor areas; violations incur a mandatory $500 USD penalty.
- Pets are not permitted on the premises without prior written approval from the owner.
- Please note that luxury rental rates are subject to an additional 16% VAT and 4% Lodging Tax.

Los Cabos is a rapidly growing destination, and development throughout the region is ongoing. While we are always transparent and disclose any known nearby construction at the time of booking whenever possible, new construction or renovation projects may begin after a reservation is confirmed and are outside of our control. As such, construction-related noise or activity in the surrounding area does not qualify for compensation, cancellation, relocation, or refunds.
